Indiana Guide Right Foundation, Inc. (IGRF) is an IRS recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization.


Organized in 1999 as "House of Diamonds Incorporated" by visionary members* of  Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., The name was later changed to "Indiana Guide Right Foundation, Inc." to better reflect the organization's longstanding programmatic focus on youth and community empowerment.


IGRF is committed to being a leading community resource influencing social and systemic changes that improve the lives of young people in underserved communities throughout Indiana.


The Foundation’s primary goal is to foster critical skills and positive personal choice decisions by strengthening youth in underserved communities, especially males, who face challenges to achieving personal success and in realizing their full potential as contributing members of society.


IGRF keenly focuses on supportive educational programming, impactful mentoring and life coaching, granting substantial scholarship funding, and targeted community revitalization strategies,

We recognize that the pressing issues facing youth and communities in the 21st century will be best addressed through a multi-faceted approach that includes mobilizing and leveraging public and private sector partnerships for comprehensive community revitalization. This is achieved by implementing innovative ideas and influencing social and economic outcomes by promoting education, leadership, achievement, and positive community involvement.


IGRF builds alliances with like-minded organizations in all sectors of society who share the same vision to make an impact through education, holistic community enrichment and exposure to outcome driven positive male role models and guidance.
